A warm
welcome.
This is the presentation of the network the W4y20 is building with people who work with the plant: professionals in the clinic, the courtroom, the field and the lab, and brands from Brazil and abroad.
In the next screens you'll see who we are, the moment Brazil is living through, the ecosystem we're building in three languages, the site map ahead and the place we've saved for you in it.

1. Who
we are
Real information, no taboo, with science and with authority.
the W4y20 is a community and a portal. It brings together people who live connected to their body, to nature and to freedom, and who treat phytotherapy as a tool within that way of life.
We're not a pharmacy, a clinic or a law firm, and we don't sell other companies' products. We're the place where the skater who can't sleep, the mother researching her child's treatment and the citizen who wants to know their rights find sourced information, and the right professional or brand. We don't romanticize and we don't judge: we translate.
What unites us isn't the plant.
It's the attitude.
Studies suggest, the law allows, the path is. No empty promises and no announced cures.
We speak as “we” and to “you”. Knowledge circulates instead of getting stuck in jargon.
Sport, nature, medicine and law at the same table, with the seriousness each one deserves.
Every piece of content touches at least two pillars.
Skateboarding, surfing, football, running, climbing. Real recovery and performance.
Living soil, cultivation, terpenes, food and our relationship with the environment.
The endocannabinoid system and phytotherapy, explained without romance.
Preventive habeas corpus, Anvisa, prescriptions, patient associations. Real legal autonomy.
Lifestyle, conscious choice, community without fear.
2. The
moment
The subject has moved. What's missing is someone to translate it responsibly.
In 2026 Anvisa, Brazil's health regulator, published the country's first cultivation framework, broadened the pharmacy rules and opened a path for patient associations. Many newcomers arrive with questions, and the answers need to come from people with training and a license.
Anvisa resolutions RDC 1.011 to 1.015, published in February 2026: cultivation by companies, research, associations and pharmacies.
Anvisa · Official Gazette, Feb 3, 2026Length of the regulatory sandbox for non-profit patient associations (RDC 1.014), with entry through a public call.
RDC 1.014/2026Patients in treatment in Brazil in 2025, 30% more than in 2024.
Kaya Mind · 2025 YearbookImports made by patients in 2025 under RDC 660, a route Anvisa itself says needs review.
Anvisa · 2025Brazil's supplier is changing.
Almost everything Brazilian patients import comes from the United States, where the hemp law changes in December. Colombia, Uruguay and Paraguay are already gaining ground. Anyone who wants to reach Brazil needs reliable information and people on the ground.
of import requests in the first half of 2026 that name a country cite a US product. In 2025 it was 92%.
Cannabis & Saúde · 2026The US limit of 0.4 mg of THC per container for hemp products takes effect.
H.R. 5371 and H.R. 6500of the world's hemp is grown in China, which sends about 80% of it to the textile industry.
Hemp Today · Positive ChangeTHC is the industrial hemp limit in Uruguay, Colombia and Argentina. Brazil still has no rule for the fiber.
W4y20 Atlas · Sep 20263. The ecosystem
One ecosystem, six fronts.
Everything starts with content and ends in connection. Every article leads to a guide, a professional or a brand, in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
People with a question find someone with the right training or product, with credentials checked.
Readers, athletes, patients and families on Instagram, on the site and on WhatsApp.
Consultations, legal advice, technical support. Provided by partners, their way.
Guides, tools, products and projects that solve real problems for the people who arrive.
Content attracts. The community asks. The network answers.
News, articles and research reviewed by people who know, in three languages.
People arrive through search, reels, partner brands and other countries.
Anyone who needs more than an article looks for a path.
The professional or brand in the right category is contacted directly.
The most common questions become stories, interviews and guides. The cycle starts again.
One ecosystem,
three languages.
Portuguese for Brazil. Spanish for the Latin America that already produces. English for the world that wants in.
Brazil: patients, families and professionals. It's where it all begins.
Latin America: neighbors that have already regulated hemp and already supply Brazil.
The world: brands, researchers and manufacturers who want to understand Brazil and reach it.
4. Editorial
base
The most careful knowledge base in three languages. That's the goal.
The weekly radar: regulation, market and science, sourced and dated.
Every weekIn-depth pieces of 800 to 1,500 words, indexable and citable.
Technical reviewScientific research translated: what was tested, on whom, and what we still don't know.
Annotated readingOur own dossiers, like the Atlas, which compares the law in six countries with Brazil's.
Atlas seriesConversations with people on the front line. The expert speaks, we edit and credit.
Where you come inThe pharmacology study and the skate session on the same page. That's how technical knowledge reaches the people who need it.
